Little research about hotel options around Yellowstone has proven to be problematic, so we had to make a change.
We are headed SOUTH!!!
We are going to check out the Grand Canyon, the hotel options near that are much more convenient to our travel plans. This change also allows us to drive down the Las Vegas Strip and add another Food Network inspired food stop.
