This condo is a new-build, open concept featuring 2 large, screened in windows and a large screened in front door.
Flooring: 1/4 inch plywood base with foam to add cushion and fabric covering the foam. This provides fully padded flooring on both levels in a stylish purple color.
Loft Construction: Earthquake-proof loft space provides a slight give to the loft similar to the movement experienced in a car.
Bathroom: A spacious bathroom features a unique Tupperware container construction with a privacy wall. The bathroom's 3 wall design is both stylish and functional keeping messes contained within. The bathroom also doubles as the guest bedroom.
Kitchen: A small drink-in kitchen with 9 x 13 aluminum hardwood floors and back splash provide easy cleanup and high fashion. A green contemporary water source conveniently holds the contents of 1 normal-sized water bottle with limited spill over. The original design included a small snack bar, but was remodeled to provide additional living space and accommodations for car sickness.
Furnishings: A decoratively upholstered lounging pillow is provided outside of the bathroom/guest bedroom.
Heating and Air: Forced air is provided via a USB powered fan attached to the left window.

Neighborhood: The nearby neighbors include a quiet middle-aged dog and 2 noisy humans a bit further away.
